Funds can be delivered in person, mailed, or wired. To expedite processing, we recommend certified funds or wire transfer.
Frequently asked questions about loan payoffs
If you are selling your vehicle, be sure to:
- Delete your personal information from your vehicle’s electronic records and navigation system.
- Remove your license plate and surrender it to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Notify your insurance company.
If you are selling your primary residence, we recommend completing a USPS Change of Address Form and an Address Change in Member Access.
