Our CashPoints ATMs are conveniently located in every North Carolina county, allowing you 24/7 access to verify balances, transfer funds, make deposits and withdrawals, make loan or credit card payments, and perform cash advances.

  • No surcharge or access fees for SECU debit cards2

  • Customized settings for each member

  • Voice guidance and Braille assistance for persons with vision impairment or low vision

  • Withdrawals available in multiples of $203

  • Cash deposits available immediately when deposited before 5:30 p.m. on a business day

  • Checks deposited before 5:30 p.m. on a business day are generally available the following business day

Customize your ATM preferences

You can customize or modify the features of your CashPoints ATM experience. Select MY SECU on the main ATM menu to customize or change the following at any time4:

  • PIN

    Select your own 4-digit ATM PIN.

  • Language

    Choose English or Spanish.

  • Receipts

    Choose to always receive, never receive, or be prompted for a receipt during each use.

  • Fast cash account

    Designate an account for quick withdrawals.

  • Fast cash amount

    Choose increments of $20, $40, $60, $80, $100, or $200.

  1. Share Term Certificates (STCs) are not displayed at the ATM.
  2. All transactions performed by SECU-issued debit cards at a CashPoints ATM are fee-free. Each transaction performed with a SECU-issued credit card incurs a $0.75 fee. Withdrawals using certain non-SECU issued cards are assessed a $3 surcharge fee.
  3. Withdrawals can be made in multiples of $20 up to $1,005 a day for each cardholder (accounting withdrawal charges assessed by PLUS ATMs). The cash limit for Zard® and FAT CAT® cardholders is $205.
  4. MY SECU preferences can only be changed at CashPoints ATMs.
